A new day

I am sitting here trying to figure out how to post to this blog from my blackberry and I was doing it all wrong but anyway I got it now!!! I had a rough weekend, dealing with all kind of emotions plus it was raining and although I was not excellent on this diet, I wasn't that bad. I just sit back and I see all the weeks that pass by that I could be loosing weight. Each tuesday I watch the biggest loser and say wow I wish I was down another 3,4 or even 1 pound. My problem is my late night binges. I can have a good eating day and then at 9pm I always raid the kitchen to see what I can find. I hate it!! Its never a good food choice at 9pm. I have tried talking on the phone, watching tv, or anything to keep myself busy but I always end up in the kitchen. It is soo hard for me to get motivated enough to exercise. My ultimate goal is to wake up at 5am go to the gym to get it done before I goto work. If I have to sit at work all day thinking about exercise after work then I won't go. Its sooo hard! I know what I have to do to loose weight I just have trouble doing it. I pray every night for God to give me enough willpower for the next day so I can have something to be proud of. I am proud of this day and god help me get pass 9pm tonight.

Day 2 - Food Journal

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs - sausage patty small

Lunch - turkey on wheat bread with mustard and small salad

Snack - 100 cal doritos

Dinner - Salad (this is a definite tonight) I gotta get it together

still need to drink 3 more bottles of water before I go to bed tonight..

Monday Never Comes!!!

Okay so notice I did not update what I had for dinner last night - it was rediculous!! I decided to go see my mom in the hospital (gall bladder removal) and I stopped at Burger King to get Amaya soomething to eat before I dropped her off at my sister's house. I was good at BK, I didnt get myself anything and I only ate ONE of her french fries..YEAH!!

However, once I left the hospital my sister mentioned McDonalds and honestly my mouth started to water.... I knew in the back of my mind I should NOT stop at McDonalds but I didnt know how to tell my sister Nooooo!! So I immediately started thinking ok i can do this - i will just have a salad but then I thought wait.. I cant eat that and drive at the same time. So I tried to remain calm and i said to myself OMG I cant dissapoint my 2 followers..lol So I said ok maybe i will just get a grilled chicken snack wrap? Anyway, I got the window and my greedy sister orders a double quarter pounder with cheese and large fries.. oh jeeeeez!!!! So once i had to say what i wanted I just blurted out "double cheeseburger with no pickles and a medium fry please" ughhhh!! Yes I ate it - every bit of it - it was soo delicious and I had a knot of nervousness in my stomach from the guilt and dissapointment i felt from eating it.. So i beat myself up last night until i fell off to sleep and I woke up this morning almost guilt free - I just keep saying, I messed up but I am going to get back on track immediately.. no more wait until MONDAY.. Monday never comes!!!

Lunch - Grill chicken wrap(chicken, tomatoes, roasted peppers, honey mustard) (8)

Snack - 100 Calorie Doritos

Dinner -

I know I know, i need more fruits and Veggies.. and I could have done without that sausage this morning but its protein and low carb..right? Not sure what im having for dinner but I am going to try to eat all veggies (no carbs).. its Day one and the biggest loser comes on tonight so I will be super motivated tomorrow. Also need to find a way to exercise tonight or early tomorrow morning. I will let you know what I decided for dinner when I get in the office tomorrow evening..

My Three Small Goals for the week

1) Exercise for 40 mins at least 4 times this week..(join a gym?) still debating!

2) Drink at least 5 glasses of water a day ( i will work my way to 8-10)

3) No Late Night Snacks/Binges
